Former midfielder with Rennes, Sedan & Saint-Etienne, Laurent Huard had to cut short his career whrn it was foudn that he was carrying a heart problem, and so he hung up his boots in 2002. After coaching the youngsters at Rennes, he is now in his first season in charge of the reserves.
